Dear CCAM Partners and Friends,

Today was a school holiday and the CCAM kids had a wonderful time playing games. Buntheep felt great and participated enthusiastically, but some of the games were a bit challenging for her, especially the badminton. Nevertheless, she was thrilled when she figured out how to accurately hit the birdie even though she only has one eye!

But apparently Buntheep overextended herself. Tonight she has a high fever, nausea, and mild pain in the middle of her forehead. Dr. Andres has prescribed rest, fluids, Tylenol, and Erythromycin. Please pray!

Tomorrow the labs will open again. Hopefully, Buntheep will feel well enough to go to the clinic to have blood drawn for some blood tests Dr. Andres has ordered. We will also carry whatever fluid samples have been collected this week to have them tested.

Thanks for your prayers and also for the encouraging notes many of you have sent. We are continually comforted by the reality that our God is in control!
